At KidVerse, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- Must be in its original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Must be free of:
- Stains
- Odors
- Damage
- Excessive wear
- Hair or dirt
- Must not be altered or modified in any way
👉 We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return.
📩 How to Start a Return

👉 Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
- We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved → refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
👉 Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
👉 If you want a different size or product:
- Return the item
- Place a new order
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
👉 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will:
- Replace the item OR
- Issue a full refund
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase

- We are not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking
- Returns must be shipped to the address provided after approval
- Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future returns
